Return Policy

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please contact gifthappily@wrappily.com and we will replace or refund the cost of the product. Shipping fees after delivery are non-refundable.

Customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Shipping Information

 

We will fulfill and send orders within 1-3 days of order receipt. Once the order ships, Wrappily has no control over the shipping speed. Please contact the shipping company listed in your tracking information (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) with any questions about delivery after your order shipping confirmation has been sent out. If you contact customer service at gifthappily@wrappily.com, we can try to do this on your behalf.
